Built for how Africa talks to business
Texa Global Technologies Ltd builds Texa Desk so that every business, from a one-person shop to a bank, can answer its customers well.

Why we built it
Customers here don’t fill in forms. They send a voice note.
African customers reach businesses on WhatsApp, at any hour, in English, Pidgin, Hausa and more. They send voice notes, screenshots and photos of receipts. Most customer service software was built for email and web forms somewhere else.
When money is involved, a wrong answer costs trust. So we built Texa Desk to check before it speaks, to ask before it acts, and to hand over to a person whenever it should.
How we build
The rules we don’t break
These rules shape every part of Texa Desk, and every feature is tested against the real system before we call it done.
- The AI suggests, our code decidesTexa proposes what to say and do. Fixed checks decide whether it may.
- No source, no claimTexa only states what your approved information or your systems say.
- Nothing runs without approvalKnowledge, processes and actions are approved by a named person before they’re used.
- A thumbs-up is never a yesAnything that moves money needs the customer’s clear yes, within your limits.
- Shadow before liveEvery business starts with Texa drafting and people sending.
- An off switch for everythingTurning Texa off always hands the conversation to people. Nothing is dropped.
What we make
One platform between a business and its customers
- SupportEvery channel in one inbox, tickets, and Texa answering day and night.
- EngagementCampaigns on WhatsApp, SMS and calls, with Texa answering the replies.
- ResearchSurveys and interviews that explain why, in customers’ own words.
- AnalyticsQuality checks and reports on every conversation.
- The Texa APIFor companies building Texa into their own products.
