Texa Relay

Reach core banking without opening your firewall

Texa Relay is a small program your team runs inside your network. It connects out to Texa, so no inbound port is opened, and it runs only the queries you approve. We set it up with each bank, so talk to us to start.

Inside your network Core banking Finacle, T24, Flexcube or your own database
approved, read-only queries

Texa Texa answers the customer With what your records say
  • Named queries onlyTexa can run only the parameterised queries you approve, on a read-only login. It never writes SQL.
  • Limits and maskingRow and time limits on every query, and columns masked before anything leaves your network.
  • Your databasesPostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server and Oracle, plus calls to your internal APIs.
  • An audit log you keepEvery request is written to a tamper-evident log inside your network.
  • Off from either sideYour team or Texa can switch the Relay off at once. Texa then offers the customer a person.
  • Signed updatesUpdates are signed, and the setup is signed by your own administrator.

Your current helpdesk

Keep your helpdesk and add Texa to it

If your team works in Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, Intercom, HubSpot or Zoho Desk, Texa can work inside it with the same knowledge, processes and checks. This is in early access: we connect your helpdesk with you.

  • Drafts firstTexa starts by writing drafts as internal notes, and you see how often your team uses them.
  • Then it answersWhen you go live, Texa replies as its own agent on the share of tickets you choose.
  • Hands over properlyA ticket that needs a person goes to the right group with a summary, a priority and a tag.

Identity and access

Single sign-on, roles and an audit log

Your people sign in the way they sign in to everything else, and every change is recorded.

  • Single sign-onMicrosoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, or any SAML 2.0 provider. Only your own proven email domains can sign in.
  • Enforced sign-onClose password sign-in for your people, with one named emergency administrator.
  • Two-step sign-inAn authenticator app for every person who wants it, and always for Texa’s own staff.
  • Audit logSign-ins and changes to settings, with who made them and what changed.
  • Roles and approvalsFive roles plus your own, and a second person’s approval where it matters.

Data residency

Choose where your data lives

Texa Desk shows where each part of your setup runs, including where the AI model reads messages, and can refuse to go live while any part is outside the country you require.

  • Standard hostingTexa’s shared hosting, for businesses without a residency requirement.
  • Hosting in NigeriaServers, databases, files and backups kept in Nigeria.
  • A dedicated instanceYour own Texa Desk, databases and backups, in the country you choose, on your own domains.
