Texa answers your phone line
Callers get the same help as on WhatsApp. Texa listens, looks things up while they wait, and transfers them to a person with a summary when needed.

Every call, written down
Each call becomes a conversation your team can read
Calls appear in your Phone inbox with the full transcript, the outcome and anything Texa looked up. An agent can call back or continue on WhatsApp from the same conversation.
- Looks things up mid-callTexa tells the caller it is checking, looks up the transfer or order, and answers with what your records say.
- Transfers with a summaryWhen a person is needed, the call goes to your agent’s phone and Texa tells them what the call is about first.
- Missed calls followed upIf a call is missed, the customer gets a WhatsApp or SMS message and the conversation continues there.
Your numbers, your rules
Keep the number your customers already know by forwarding it to Texa, and decide how every call is handled.
- Opening hoursSet the hours for each number and what callers hear outside them.
- Recording noticeEvery call starts with a notice in your own words.

Phone lines are rolling out with our first customers
Texa’s phone answering works today in test calls. Live lines are being connected business by business. WhatsApp calling, where customers call your WhatsApp number and your team answers in the browser, is coming soon.
Start on chat, add calls when you’re ready
Texa uses the same knowledge and processes on every channel, so everything you set up for WhatsApp works on the phone too.
