Tickets

The tickets list

Find any ticket by reference, filter and sort the list, save views, change many tickets at once and export to CSV.

Help centreUpdated on

Tickets in the menu lists every ticket your role lets you see, with its reference, title, type, state, customer, person, team, priority, promise and last update.

Find a ticket

Type the reference, ADA-1042 or just 1042, in the search box at the top of the menu, and the ticket opens. On the Tickets list, Search by reference or title.

Filter and sort

Use the chips above the list: Open, Mine, Overdue, Waiting on customer, Resolved and All. Narrow it further with All types and All teams. Sort by any column. Overdue tickets show their promise in red.

Saved views

Choose Save this view to keep a set of filters, such as “Complaints for the Cards team”. Tick Share with the company so everyone sees it in Views, each person with only the tickets they can see.

Change many at once

Tick tickets to change their state, person, team or priority together.

Export

Choose Download CSV for the list, with the filters you’ve set.

Trackers

Trackers, one problem that many customers report, have their own chip on the list: Trackers. See Merge, link and track.

On the app

The Texa Desk app has the same list, filters and search. See The mobile app.
