Texa AI

Simulations

Let AI-played customers talk to Texa AI in the sandbox, against your procedures and test answers, before a real customer does.

Help centreUpdated on

A simulation is a rehearsal. AI-played customers write to Texa AI in the sandbox, which follows your procedures and gets test answers instead of reaching your real systems. Nothing reaches a real customer or a real system.

Run a simulation

  1. Go to Texa AI → Procedures → Simulations, and choose Run a simulation.
  2. Choose the Procedure set and the Version. Leave the version empty to use the latest.
  3. Under Customers to play, tick the customers Texa suggests, or add Your own customer: Who they are and what they want, and Their first message.
  4. Under Test answers from your systems, check what the sandbox answers when Texa AI runs each action, such as “status: pending, amount: ₦45,000”. Change them to try different cases.
  5. Run it.

Read the results

Each run shows how many conversations Texa AI resolved, and each conversation in full, with how it ended.

A run passes when every conversation ended with Texa AI resolving it or handing it to your team, and no action failed. A pass doesn’t mean every answer was right. Read the conversations, especially the hand-overs, and change the procedure where Texa AI could have done better.

What it costs

A simulation uses Texa AI like real conversations do, so it uses credits for Texa AI’s replies.
