Texa Relay for systems behind your firewall

Let Texa AI look up records in your core banking or database without opening your network, through a relay that runs inside it.

Help centreUpdated on

Texa Relay runs inside your network and connects out to Texa, so your database and core banking stay inside. It runs only the named, read-only lookups your administrator signs. Nothing from outside can reach your network through it.

Add a relay

  1. Go to Texa AI → Actions → Relay and choose Add relay.
  2. Give it a Name. A New enrolment token is shown with a command.
  3. Your IT team runs that command on the server inside your network that will run the relay. The token works once, for 24 hours.
  4. The relay connects, and the page shows its version, certificate, signing key and when it was Last seen.

What it offers

The relay says what its signed file allows when it connects, such as “a transfer’s status by reference”. For each lookup, choose Let Texa AI use it: give the action a name (lower-case letters, digits and _) and say What it does. Your procedures then decide when Texa AI may use it.

The relay keeps its own Audit log of every signed query.

Switch it off

  • Switch off now on the page stops every request at once. Nothing new reaches the relay, and Texa AI tells customers it can’t check right now and offers a person. Choose Switch back on when you’re ready.
  • Your IT team can also switch it off at the bank’s side. The page then says Switched off at the bank.

If the relay’s key changes, the page asks you to Accept the new key before it’s trusted.
