The SDKs call the same API as the API reference: open conversations, send messages and read Texa AI’s replies. The SDK guide has a section per language, and the source code is at github.com/texadigital/texa-sdks.

An example (Node)

Say who is signed in, from your own server:

const s = await texa.widgetSession(`user-${user.id}`, { name: user.fullName, email: user.email });

MCP server

Texa has an MCP server, so AI tools can ask your customers’ conversations questions, list conversations, read a transcript, and get a support report and your usage, with your API key. See the documentation.

More in Developers

  • The Texa API Make sandbox and live API keys, keep them safe, find the documentation, and see every request in the log.
  • Webhooks Get each event pushed to your server as it happens, signed so you know it came from Texa, and check every delivery.
  • Texa AI in your website and app Add Texa AI to your own website or mobile app, as a support chat for visitors and an agent that works in signed-in customers' accounts.
