Texa AI → Research → Surveys asks your customers what they think. Every finding comes with their own words.
Make a survey
- Choose New survey and give it a Name (for you).
- Write What people read first and What they read at the end.
- Choose its Languages, such as
en, pcm. - Choose Add a question for each question. The types are:
- Rating, 1 to 5
- Recommend, 0 to 10 (NPS)
- One choice and Several choices (choose Add a choice for each)
- Open answer
- Voice note, Photo and Video
- Questions are asked one at a time, in order. A rating or a choice can send someone ahead to a later question, or to the end.
- Optionally, add A thank-you: Airtime to the number that answered, or A code from our system made by one of your connected actions.
- Choose Save draft.
When someone gives a vague open answer, Texa AI asks a short follow-up to understand what they meant.
Approve it
A named person approves the survey before it goes out: type Your full name under Approve this survey. Once approved, it’s locked. To change it later, choose Make a copy to change.
Send it
Under Send it, choose How:
- An open link (QR code, website, post): Copy link for a QR code, a social post or an email. Copy website widget adds a button to your website that opens it.
- WhatsApp: choose the WhatsApp inbox and an Approved template. The survey starts when the customer replies.
- SMS with a link or Email with a link.
Then choose Who: a segment, a CSV with a phone or email column, or numbers and addresses you paste in. Only a sample of sends to part of the group. Tick These people agreed to be contacted by us, which is recorded with your name.
People who replied STOP are never sent a survey. Answers come back into the same survey, whichever way it goes out.
To send a survey by itself, after a conversation or when something happens, see Survey triggers.
Read the results
- Each question’s answers, counts and skips, and the response rate for each channel.
- Split the results by channel, language and more.
- Group into themes: Texa AI groups open answers into themes, each with customers’ quotes.
- Ask about the answers: ask a question in plain words, such as “Why are people unhappy with delivery?”. The answer is based only on what people wrote, and quotes them.
- Record a change from this: note what your team changed because of a finding, so it can be traced back to the evidence.
