- Messages from customers, your team’s replies and hand-overs.
- Conversations themselves, and API requests.
- WhatsApp templates. Meta bills them to your own WhatsApp account.
- The sandbox, for testing with test keys, up to 2,000 requests a month.
An example
A customer asks about a failed transfer. Texa AI looks it up and answers in six replies, and the customer doesn’t need a person. That’s 6 × 25 for the replies, 10 for the lookup and 100 for the resolution: 260 credits, or ₦260.
When rates change
A rate is never changed after the fact. A new rate starts from a date, shown in advance on Usage and rates, and what you used before it keeps the old rate.
