Go to Texa AI → Usage and billing → Usage and rates.
- What used credits: everything counted this month and the credits each drew, largest first, with each one’s share of the month. Choose Show each for the detail.
- Free this month: work that was counted, so you can see it, but drew nothing, such as messages from customers and hand-overs.
- Rates: the rate for each meter today, and any change coming from a date.
- Sandbox requests: how many of your free monthly sandbox requests you’ve used.

Spend less
- Approve good knowledge. Texa AI resolves more and hands over less, so fewer people are needed.
- Use your own SMS account for SMS. Texa doesn’t charge for those pages.
- Remove people who no longer use Texa Desk. Each one after the first costs 10,000 credits a month.
