Availability

Set yourself Online, Busy or Offline. New conversations are assigned automatically only to people who are online. If a conversation is assigned to you while you’re offline, the person assigning it is told, and you see it when you’re back.

Profile settings

  • Name, Display name and picture.
  • Personal message signature, added to the end of every message you send.
  • Language of Texa Desk: English or French.
  • Password and two-factor authentication.

Notifications

Choose what you’re told about, and how: by email, or in Texa Desk under My inbox. Push notifications to your phone come with the Texa Desk app. For example:

  • A conversation is created, or assigned to you or your team.
  • You’re mentioned in a private note.
  • A new message in a conversation assigned to you.
  • A ticket is given to you, passes its promise, or the customer writes after it was resolved.

Audio alerts play a sound for new messages. You can also play a soft sound when a customer starts typing in a conversation assigned to you or open on your screen.

Switch company

If you belong to more than one company, switch between them from the same menu.
