Go to Settings → Account settings. You need to be an administrator, or have a role that may change account settings.

The basics

  • Account name: your company’s name, as your team sees it.
  • Site language: the language of messages Texa Desk sends customers on your behalf.

Tell the customer

Under Tell the customer, write what customers are sent When a conversation is resolved and When a conversation is reopened. It’s sent on the same channel, never outside its reply window. Leave a message empty to send the text shown, in your account’s language. Turn one off if customers shouldn’t be told.

Public holidays

Under Public holidays, choose your Country. Its holidays are included, and you can add your own days. Promises in working days, such as a ticket’s resolve time, skip these days. Mark a holiday on which Your team works if you open anyway.

As the company grows

Turn these on when you need them:

Your company

Settings → Company shows your company’s details, its verification stage and what the next stage opens. See Verify your business.

Conversation workflow

Settings → Conversation workflow sets when idle conversations resolve by themselves, and which details must be filled in before a conversation can be resolved.
